Overview
Helpman Development Institute (HDI) RC-1667831 is an independent, non-profit non-partisan private organization limited by guarantee with a mission to strengthen the nexus between research, industry, policy & development support, and aims to become a global development institution. It operates as a think tank, focusing on public policy research, analysis and engagement. The Institute is governed by a Board of Trustees, guided by a Board of Advisors and led by a Team of Experts with extensive local and international experience in academia, industry and policy.

- Engagement of research, policy, industry and development communities through evidence-based publications and advocacy, and to strengthen dialogues with partners as well as public and private institutions
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees provides strategic directions for the activities of the Institute and monitors its performance. Members are appointed based on their expertise and experience in academia, government, industry and international development in general, and their commitment to research and capacity building. These members are also available to provide technical support to the implementation of the programs of the Institute.
